Lovely location, helpful staff, fantastic food, beautiful rooms with nice interior, exceptional boutique feel.

We stayed at Ermitage - Mont-Saint-Michel for our family trip, which lasted a few days. The accommodation was excellent and perfect for our family of four adults. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist us. We really appreciated the option of pre-planning breakfast to avoid wastage. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, receiving a 10/10 rating from us. The overall decor of the hotel was fabulous, adding to our enjoyable stay. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to Le Mont St Michel was a huge bonus for us.

I can just recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Ermitage - Mont-Saint-Michel are absolutely amazing! They have all the fancy amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a mini-bar, but what really makes them special is how cozy and comfortable they feel. It's like being in your own little home away from home. As a guest who values comfort and relaxation, I really appreciate the inviting atmosphere of these rooms.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bath products provided in the room. It's just my personal preference, though, and I'm sure others might enjoy them.

I had the pleasure of exploring the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, savoring delicious food and enjoying the beauty of the pink granite coast. Such a refined and relaxing experience! Absolutely delightful!

Waiting for the receptionist was a real treat, as was the lack of internet in the room. Such attention to detail!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short drive or a pleasant 30-minute walk to Mont Saint Michel. The duplex suite offers ample space with a separate bedroom and living area. The bathroom is well-appointed and the service provided by the female staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast, though not served efficiently, offers a good selection and the air conditioning in the suite is a welcome feature in the heat.

The staff's overeagerness to please can sometimes make guests feel uncomfortable, such as waving a lobster in their face to prove its freshness.

The hotel was very clean and extremely comfortable. It was exactly as described and pictured on the internet. Rooms were quiet and well furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was closed and we did not know. I might have missed this during the reservation process.

It is a lovely hotel located in the short distance to the Mont St. Michel. Our room (actually two rooms - one bedroom and a salon) was grand but cozy and overall just perfect. The huge bed with numerous pillows (exactly the way we like it:) was so comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious. The cleanliness, the comfort were just beyond our expectations. We had a delicious breakfast served in style on white porcelain plates and silver trays. We felt sorry to spend only one day there due to our busy travel plans on that week-end. But we shall definitely return there one day...

The hotel is lovely, spacious and comfortable. The host was welcoming and attentive. Meals and wine options were enjoyable. Convenient location for visiting the abbey.

The hotel is an elegant surprise for the touristy area around Mont St. Michel. I have been to the area a couple of times before and was glad to see such a beautiful, boutique establishment for a preferable option. Our suite (Master) was lovely and comfortable, with nice attention to detail in the furnishings, fabrics, and amenities, such as an espresso machine. It also has a large private terrace. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the meal was delicious and a fair price for the very fresh quality of the ingredients and the excellent cooking. What is most nice, however, is that the hotel is not stuffy in any way, and the staff is exceedingly helpful and pleasant. The best thing about the hotel, though, is Claude Vincent, the owner. I won't go into a long story, but we needed help with our rental car, and he could not have been more helpful, patient, or charming about making sure we had no problems communicating with the rental car company or getting a new rental car. He is so funny, pleasant and friendly, that our stay there will always be in my mind as one of my best hotel experiences, and I travel a lot! Thank you Claude!

Comfort and cleanliness.

The gourmet restaurant was not up to expectations.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, a welcoming host, and great meals and wine options. It was conveniently located just a two minute walk from the pathway to the abbey and had a beautiful view. The hotel also provided amazing service and food, with a special mention of the oysters and Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne. it was a great stay with excellent service and amenities.

Felt privileged, no complaints at all.

I had high hopes for staying at this hotel in Mont-Saint-Michel, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The location was good and the rooms were decent, but there were a few major downsides. The breakfast was only okay and the service was not up to par. The internet connection was also really spotty and only worked in the lobby, which was inconvenient.

I had to wait a long time for someone to help me at the reception desk when I wanted to check out.

Most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in! Bathroom was impressive and spacious with a spa like feel. Restuarant was fabulous!!!!!

The ac did not work in our room and it was close to 90 degrees in the room!! The hotel was full and they couldn't move us, which was very disappointing as it cost close to $550 for one night!

wow! ermitage in beauvoir was even better than last time. the service was amazing, werner went out of his way to make our stay perfect. the oysters and champagne at his restaurant were a real discovery. the highlight was werner driving us to the st michel abbey, so grateful! overall, an incredible stay!
